-Le salon est ouvert aux instruments de musiques traditionnelles, prioritairement aux vielles et aux cornemuses.
-Le luthier est tenu d\u2019exposer et de vendre uniquement les instruments mentionn\u00e9s sur sa fiche d\u2019inscription.<\/p>\n

-Pour les luthiers d\u2019instruments \u00e0 cordes pinc\u00e9es, le maximum autoris\u00e9 est d\u2019un tiers de guitares expos\u00e9es sur la totalit\u00e9 des instruments pr\u00e9sents sur le stand.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>-Le son continu met \u00e0 disposition des luthiers inscrits, un espace nu, chaque module fait 3m x 3m, il est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une table et deux chaises pour les stands solo (3X3m), de deux tables et quatre chaises pour les stands partag\u00e9s (3X3m) et stands duo (3X6m). Merci de restituer cet espace dans l\u2019\u00e9tat dans lequel vous l\u2019avez trouv\u00e9 en arrivant et de nous signaler tout probl\u00e8me li\u00e9 au mat\u00e9riel fourni (stand, tr\u00e9teaux, chaises). L\u2019espace d\u2019exposition est limit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des stands uniquement. La seule occupation ext\u00e9rieure tol\u00e9r\u00e9e est la table de pique-nique.

-Tous les exposants doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents dans le stand  d\u00e8s l’ouverture du festival et pour toute la dur\u00e9e du festival<\/strong> aux horaires d\u2019ouverture au public (10h-19h).
-Le luthier devra \u00eatre personnellement pr\u00e9sent dans le stand qui lui aura \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9.
Si l\u2019exposant a un emp\u00eachement de derni\u00e8re minute, il devra pr\u00e9venir Le son continu avant le d\u00e9but du rassemblement.

–Les emplacements sont attribu\u00e9s par la commission lutherie, laquelle effectue la r\u00e9partition. L\u2019inscription ne conf\u00e8re aucun droit \u00e0 la jouissance d\u2019un emplacement d\u00e9termin\u00e9. L\u2019organisateur s’efforcera de tenir compte du souhait exprim\u00e9 par les exposants, mais ne garantit aucunement que ce souhait pourra \u00eatre respect\u00e9.<\/span>-Les stands non occup\u00e9s le jour de l\u2019ouverture du parc lutherie seront consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme disponibles et utilis\u00e9s suivant les besoins.<\/span><\/p>\n

-L’identification (panneaux \u00e0 votre nom)<\/span> des stands est indispensable, elle est \u00e0 la charge des luthiers.<\/span><\/p>

-Le son continu d\u00e9cline toute responsabilit\u00e9 en cas de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration, perte ou vol ; \u00e0 charge pour chacun de prendre les assurances qu\u2019il juge n\u00e9cessaires.
Tous les exposants devront contracter une assurance garantissant leur responsabilit\u00e9 civile pour tous dommages corporels ou mat\u00e9riels pouvant \u00eatre caus\u00e9s \u00e0 des tiers soit de leur propre fait ou celui de leurs accompagnateurs.<\/p>\n

Regulations of Le Son Continu 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

-The salon is open to traditional musical instruments, primarily to hurdy-gurdies \u00a0and bagpipes.
-The luthier is required to display and sell only the instruments mentioned on his registration form.
-Le son continu \u00a0provides registered luthiers, an empty space, each module is 3m x 3m, it is equipped with a table and two chairs for the single stand, 2 tables and 4 chairs for the Shared stand (3x3m) and two tables and three chairs for the double stands (3x6m). Thank you for leaving this space in the state in which you found it when arriving and to report any problems related to the material provided (stand, trestles, chairs). Exhibition space is limited to inside the stands only. The only outdoor occupation tolerated is the picnic table.<\/p>\n

– We would like to remind you that you are required to comply with all the regulatory provisions provided by the laws of commerce and tax administration. Le son continu cannot be held responsible for any infringement of the law, theft, degradation of instruments ….<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The luthier is\u00a0fully responsible towards his\/her customers.
Le son continu \u00a0takes no responsibility in case of dispute.
-In the case that the number of inscriptions is greater than the number of stands available, allocations will be made in the order of arrival of inscriptions.
-Le son continu reserves the right to refuse an exhibitor.
–All exhibitors must be present at the stand during public opening hours (10 am-7pm) and for the entire duration of the festival.
–<\/strong>The luthier must be personally present at the stand that has been assigned.
If the exhibitor has a last minute impediment, he must inform Le son continu before the start of the festival.
Each luthier can be accompanied by a maximum of 2 people per day.
-The pitches are assigned by the lutherie commission.
-Stands not occupied on the day of opening of the park will be considered as available and used as seen fit.
– The signage of stands is essential and is the responsibility of the luthiers.
-Le son continu declines any responsibility in case of deterioration, loss or theft; it is for each one to take out the insurance deemed necessary.
All exhibitors will have to be covered by a public liability insurance covering for any bodily injury or material damage that may be caused to third parties either by themselves or by their helpers.<\/p>\n

Regelwerk le son continu 2024
-Die Instrumentenausstellung von \u201ele son continu\u201c ist f\u00fcr alle Instrumente traditioneller Musik offen, besonders aber f\u00fcr Dudels\u00e4cke und Drehleiern.
-Der Instrumentenbauer wird angehalten, allein die Instrumente zu verkaufen, die er auf dem Anmeldeformular
angegeben hat.<\/p>\n\n

-\u00ab Le son continu \u00bb stellt den angemeldeten Instrumentenbauern einen blanken Bereich : Jede Einheit misst
3mx3m und ist folgendermassen ausgestattet: die Solo-St\u00e4nde (3m*3m) mit einem Tisch und 2 St\u00fchlen, geteilte und Duo-St\u00e4nde (3m*6m) je mit zwei Tischen udn 4 St\u00fchlen.\u00a0
Es wird darum gebeten den Stand wie vorgefunden zu hinterlassen und jedwedes Problem mit der Ausstattung
sofort zu melden (Stand, St\u00fchle, B\u00f6cke). Es wird nochmals darauf hingewiesen, dass der Ausstellungsraum auf
das Innere des Standes begrenzt ist. Nur ein kleines Campingtischle wird ausserhalb tolerier.
-Es wird daran erinnert, dass die Instrumentenbauer angehalten werden, die von Handelsgesetz und Finanzamt
vorgesehenen, verordnungsrechtlichen Bestimmungen anzuerkennen.
-\u201eLe son continu\u201c kann f\u00fcr keinerlei festgestellte Ordnungswidrigkeit, Diebstahl, Abnutzung oder Besch\u00e4digung von Instrumenten etc. verantwortlich gemacht werden.
-Der Instrumentenbauer tr\u00e4gt voll und ganz die Verantwortung gegen\u00fcber seinen Kunden.
-Im Streitfall spricht sich \u201ele son continu\u201c von aller Verantwortung frei.
-Falls die Anmeldezahlen h\u00f6her sind als die verf\u00fcgbaren St\u00e4nde, werden die Reservierungen nach Eingang der
Anmeldung vergeben.
-\u00ab Le son continu \u00bb beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht einen Aussteller abzuweisen vor.
-Alle Aussteller m\u00fcssen von Festivalbeginn an und w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Festivaldauer zu den \u00d6ffnungszeiten der Ausstellung (10.00Uhr bis 19.00Uhr) in ihrem Stand anwesend sein.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

-Der Instrumentenbauer muss pers\u00f6nlich in dem ihm zugewiesenen Stand anwesend sein. Im Falle einer
Verhinderung in letzter Minute muss er \u201ele son continu\u201c vor Beginn der Veranstaltung informieren.
-Jeder Instrumentenbauer kann von maximal 2 Personen pro Tag begleitet werden.
-Die Pl\u00e4tze werden von dem Instrumentenbauer-Komitee zugeteilt.
-Die St\u00e4nde, die am Tag der Er\u00f6ffnung der Salons nicht belegt sind, werden als verf\u00fcgbar betrachtet und je nach
Bedarf benutzt.
-Der Stand muss eindeutig zuzuordnen sein, die Standschilder mit Name etc sind von den Instrumentenbauern
mitzubringen.
-\u00ab Le son continu \u00bb verweist jegliche Haftung in F\u00e4llen von Besch\u00e4digung, Verlust oder Diebstahl an den
Instrumentenbauer, der nach eigenem Notwendigkeitsbefinden seine Versicherungen abschlie\u00dfen muss.
Alle Aussteller m\u00fcssen eine Haftpflichtversicherung abschlie\u00dfen: f\u00fcr alle k\u00f6rperlichen oder materiellen Sch\u00e4den, die m\u00f6glicherweise an Dritten verursacht werden k\u00f6nnen; sei es eigenverursacht oder durch eine der begleitenden Personen.<\/p>\n\n
